1971 Ford Mustang Mach I

Title: 429 CJ Ram Air
Mileage: 999,999 miles
Location: Granada Hills, CA

I have had this car for about 8 months. I purchased it off the second owner who had the car since 1984. This is a numbers matching car. The previous owner installed a super cobra jet intake manifold with a Holly carburetor. The car has absolutely no rust, no body damage or what appears to have ever been any body damage. The interior is the original and in very good condition. Previous owner replaced the original AM/FM radio with a cassette player but he gave me the AM/FM radio that is correct for this car. The back interior panel was cut for 6x9 speakers, which is very common. As you can see from the pictures, this car retains the original blue and yellow California license plates. The car has been repainted. I do not know when it was painted but this is not the original paint. The previous owner added the rear spoiler when he purchased the car. It was not originally ordered from the factory with a rear spoiler.

1969 Ford Mustang Convertible

Title: 1969 Convertible Mustang with Shaker Hood
Mileage: 53,432 miles
Location: Rockton, IL.

1969 Convertible Mustang with true Shaker Hood. This rebuilt 302 engine runs and sounds great with a throaty rumble from it's headers and dual chrome exhaust tips. Black vinyl top is in great condition and convertible motors runs. Wimbledon White paint code has few spider cracks and is in overall good condition. Black bucket sets in great shape and black carpet in good shape with spot hidden by change/cup holder. Wood steering wheel was replaced and still have original steering wheel if desired. Lights inside and outside working with exception of right inside blinker.
Frame is clean and straight. Has original solid floor pans, original engine compartment and all quarter panels. Lower back of rear quarter panels show weld marks on inside of the trunk area, cannot tell from outside. Trunk area and typical mustang rust areas are in great shape and very clean. Drivers door was replaced with fastback door ( window does not roll well and should be secured better). All other window roll nicely and in good condition. Window seal areas are cracking and could be replaced. Hood was altered to support Shaker Hood Scoop. Aftermarket trunk was put on the car.
Rebuilt 302 engine was a factory 3 speed, now Hurst four speed shifter. Can't tell if 302 engine was original but engine compartment area including original radiator suggest it could be. Engine runs like a deer and new clutch ( less than 500 miles) pulls very strongly.

Still has Wimbledon White paint, car from factory had light blue kiwi bucket seats, now black bucket seats. Had AM radio, now Mustang radio/tape player. Had three speed, now 4 speed hurst shifter. Air conditioning unit has been removed and emergency brake disconnected. Factory car was ordered with wire wheel covers, now chrome mag rims. The odometer and speed odometer are not hooked up so I can't say what the true milage is, but show 53,432.
I have owned this car for over 7 years and drive is less than 1,000 miles annually. It has been stored in a heated and clean environment. I have never taken this car out in the winter or early spring months. This Mustang has been well maintained and in good condition. The clutch is less than one year old and starter was replaced this summer. In the seven years I have had the brakes completly redone twice, but the nature of 69 braking systems make this car difficult to stop. This car is a great car to drive and enjoy. It's a very rare car and in good condition, but not perfect and not show ready. The engine is very powerful and the car handles well.

1965 Ford Mustang GT Fastback

This is a unique collector owned Mustang and must be seen and driven to be appreciated. If you want to add something special to your stable this is it. You may not find another one like this. This Mustang received its first restoration years ago. Much equipment was added to address the handling shortcomings of a mid 60’s car. This is a genuine GT Mustang fastback and it has never been in any accidents. Sometime after the original restoration, this Mustang was used as a model for a lithograph which was available to the public for purchase. This was before the internet, so I don't have a copy of the print but if someone out there does please let me know and I will buy a copy from you. When I purchased this fastback, it was already in decent (average drivers quality) shape after sitting in dry storage for many years. I planned to have fun with it as is as a street and occasional track car. The car had zero rust other than some light surface rust on the doors; it was solid, solid, but needed work to be sweet, up to my minimum standards. Without going too overboard, I decided give the car a full top to bottom refresh that it deserved. While restoring the car we found that this car is stouter that first imagined, with all the R model chassis options from the reinforced and custom lengthened 9inch rear with built up gearing, the top loader 4 speed, quick ratio steering, disk brakes all around, konis, sub frame reinforcements, etc. It's newly built up 351 with GT40 heads is easily pushing over 400hp motor alone. The list goes on and on. The sound of this Mustang alone will bring music to your ears, goose bumps to your skin and tears of joy to your eyes. This car is simply a stunner to drive as it is to look at. It is perfectly tuned and it is completely at home cruising the streets. I had everything mechanical addressed so that this could be a fine reliable buttoned down street car, or road race car if someone wanted to track it (I think it is too nice now for that though). This is one of the stoutest and coolest looking first gen Mustangs that you will find. I will guarantee you that this car will garnish more attention and compliments than any Ferrari, Lamborghini or any other six figure muscle car out there.

For the cosmetics, I had it stripped, straightened and painted to show quality. Much time and effort (and money) was spent on body and paint. The widebody flares are yes, custom molded, but it is not your flimsy kit car or aftermarket type. It is 1/2 inch thick finished and is as strong as metal. Over 160 hrs were spent stripping to bare metal, sanding and blocking this car to get it as slick as possible. Multi stage paint was then applied. I also tracked down an ultra rare Secura FIV steering wheel (paid $1800) for an original look and feel for the interior. The undercarriage is clean and completely rust free. The floors are original with only a small 5inch section showing repair at some previous point. I mention these points only to illustrate how solid the car has always been and still is. Obviously a lot more was done to make the car what it is now.

1999 Ford Mustang Svt Cobra

Title: Copperhead pearl! 20" Foose wheels.
Mileage: 43,400 miles
Location: La Crosse, WI

This is a very clean 1999 svt cobra. It has brand new oem 2004 cobra bumpers, rocker mouldings, side vents, hood, headlights, foglights that I ordered from ford. It also has the fender emblems off of the new gt500. Which are twice as big as the old style emblems. I put polished stainless steel cobra inserts on the back bumper. I did all the work myself including the paintwork. I paint cars for a living so I have the highest of standards when painting automobiles. The color is ppg's copperhead pearl. It is one of a kind for sure. A real head turner. Under the hood is a 4.6 liter dohc engine producing 320 hp. Right now it has 350 hp. It also has a bbk cold air intake, and a hyperchip computer programming chip. I have magnaflow header back exhause which sounds awesome. Not too loud, but not too quite either! I lowered it an 1 1/2 with vogtland lower springs. It rides really nice with the wheels and suspension. The car handles corners like a dream. I put drilled and slotted rotors, and painted them and the claipers the car color. There is also ceramic brake pads so it stops just as good as it takes off! There is also 3:73 gear ratio in the rear differentail going along with the independent rear suspension. The rear windows have dark tint on them and the front have a lighter than the rear tint. The wheels are chip foos nitrous 20 inch rims and the tires are bf goodrich g-force t/a kdw. front tires are 245/35/z20. the rear tires are 285/30/z20. they have 75% tread on them. The car runs great and drives down the road straighter than an arrow. If you want one of the nicest mustangs around here's your chance. The left front rim has a scuff on it from the drive up at the bank. I took a picture of it to show. I never seen it as a big deal to do anything about it. This the has absolutely no scratches or dents. I flat sanded and buffed the entire car so there is NO orange peel.

1964 1/2 Ford Mustang convertible 1078 car built

This is truly a 64 1/2 Mustang. With the D code option of 289 4bbl carb and well optioned power steering, remote mirror, power top and Fomoco underdash dealer ad ac. Crazy enough it is a very low production car to be exact the 1078th Mustang to roll off the assembly line. We bought this car from the guy that had it restored. The complete job started in 02 and ended 03. It has been garaged the whole time. It won second place in Houston Autorama several times. He said he just couldn't get the first. It was also invited to the Classy Chassis 100 car show at the Reliant Center (a very prestigious show).
It was restored to taste not 100% original. I would have done it the same way. the GT foglamps, factory dual exhaust with correct tips, "Cobra" engine dress up and Pony interior with deluxe door handles and wood steering wheel. Like I said to me that stuff looks fantastic on a vintage Mustang. This car sits nice and has Rallye wheels and nice BF Goodrich t/a radials.

1968 Ford Mustang Convertible

Title: 1968 Mustang Convertible Show Car
Mileage: 71,000 miles
Location: Clinton Corners, NY

This is a '68 Mustang convertible. I have owned it for 5 years. I purchased her from a retired Ford employee in the Chicago area, who owned it for over 25 years.
She is now a freshly detailed trophy winning show car, ready for you to enjoy. The car has just won 2nd place at the first show entered into this season, having 14 67/68 Mustangs in the class! She is also used in a feature film called "Taking Woodstock". The film will be released in August '09. The movie is about the Woodstock concert in 1969. The car was also used in a Mastercuts hair salon poster ad last summer.
Now about the car. She has a number of options including: Power steering, Power top, Turn signal hood, Automatic transmission, Console, Luggage rack, Factory Chrome wheels, Wheel lip moldings, and Fog lights. The previous owner installed a period correct cruise control unit, and it works. The drivetrain is original and has only 71,000 miles. She has a "C" code 289 2 bbl that runs well, and drives comfortably. It doesn't smoke, and runs cool in the summer. I replaced the shocks and springs so that there will be a better ride.
The paint is the original color of Brittany Blue and looks great, but is older. There is a minor scratch or two that have been touched up. Overall, it shows very well. The body panels and floors are original to the car. There is a small amount of undercoating on the floors, but you can see the quality of the whole car in the photo's. I can take other photo's if needed.
All of the chrome is in great shape. Anything that was not show quality was replaced.
The 2 tone Blue interior is in new condition, with new carpet and new floor mats. The seat covers have no rips or wear. The insides of the doors and the rear seat trim is freshly painted. The power top works as it should and the rear window is clear.

1966 Ford Mustang

Title: 1966 mustang 289 tahoe tourquoise

Mileage: 0 miles

Location: Independence, KY

This is my 1966 mustang. I got this car about a year and a half ago from a friend.

Little history: My friend had car since early 80's. His daughter used it to go back and forth to school. Late 80's my friend decided to restore it. All sheetmetal was replaced with new, no bondo or patch work. Car has new fenders, doors, full quarters and floor pan. Everything was replaced with new if he even thought it needed it.

Exterior: The exterior was painted in base/clear and back to original color of tahoe tourquoise. The paint was put on in 1991 and still looks the same, again no bondo, rust, or cracks. The pics should speak for the body condition. I believe the hubcaps are original to car, my friend told me they came on it when he got it back in the 80's so he just put them back on, still in good driver condition.

Interior: The interior was completely replaced from carpet to headliner, front to back. The only thing the interior needs is a new package tray, not sure if they were offered back in the early 90's but that is only thing that I replace.

Engine/trans: Both also were rebuilt back in the 90's. The engine was rebuilt back to stock with only cam being changed. The 289 now has a 351 cam in it.

Car: Car runs good, pump the gas a few times and it starts right up. When I got it I changed the oil, antifreeze, belts, and plugs. Since the early 90's the car has probably only been out like 20 times and most all were to car shows. The car has been in a garage since the early 90's and hasnt been wet other then me washing it when I first got it. Car shows 50271 miles on it. I cant be sure but I would say it is really 150,271. Im not sure thats the original speedo head. The car since finished in early 90's has maybe 700 miles on it.

1967 Ford Mustang

Title: 1967 Ford Mustang, Blue, classic, coupe

Mileage: 135,160 miles

Location: Colt, AR

It's a 1967 Mustang. This car is in pretty good condition. The interior is very good, other than slight sun damage on the top of the back seat. The paint job is very new; it's not even a year old. We've put quite a bit of work into this vehicle and we've treated it well, no one has smoked in it, no real stains. In the manual, the original owner kept record of everything he had done to it and at what milage it was done including oil and filter changes. We removed the radio/tape player because it was not the original.
The car has factory air and was one of the first Mustangs to have the air in the dash.

2002 Ford Mustang GT

Title: 2002 Ford Mustang GT5 speed

Mileage: 40,300 miles

Location: Brevard, NC

This car is a 1 owner Mustang that has been very well taken care of. I purchased this car from Ken Wilson Ford in Canton North Carolina on 08/21/2002. The car has never been abused in any way and has only been driven by the owner. The majority of the miles on the car are interstate vacation miles. This Mustang manufactured 7\2002 and has the Romeo engine block (not the windsor) with the TR3650 transmission. The wheels on the car are the true bullitt wheel color, not the shiny silver color that was a replacement in 2003.

Mechanical / Exterior

This car has been very well kept and is VERY clean. I have all of the service records for this car and it has been properly maintained using only Genuine Ford MotorCraft Fluids and Filters where applicable. At 20,000 miles the car was changed to Mobile 1 full synthetic oil and have been changed every 3,000 miles due to lack of use of the car. The hood on the car was replaced due to a Ford factory recall by the dealer and is a genuine FoMoCo (Ford) hood. The right front fender of the car has a small scratch in the paint, but not into the metal just above the GT emblem. The rear bumper has a small nick inside the "G" in the word Mustang. Other than these two very minor flaws that I couldn't capture in a picture the exterior of the car is perfect.

The car also has a new set of BF Goodrich G-Force Sport 245/45-ZR17's with less than 9,000 miles. This set of tires was installed in April of 2006.The Mustang has new Wagner Thermo-quite brakes, MotorCraft rotors, and MotorCraft calipers on the front. The air filter has been replace with a K&N filter, which has just been cleaned.I have also had Flomaster Super 40 mufflers installed on the car. Nice deep rich tone without the harsh interior resonance with the original 40 series.
Interior
Other than normal use the interior of the car is virtually flawless.

Options
The car is a Premium Package 5 speed car with Leather, Mach 460 sound system, 6 disc CD changer. I did add a full size spare in the trunk of the car removing the temporary spare cover. I did cut the carpet to fit in the spare tire well which made a very neat job. I also added an American flag horse in the front grill and I have also added a Mach1 chin spoiler.

1967 Ford Mustang, TurboCoupe

Title: 1967 Mustang, TurboCoupe

Mileage: 0 miles

Location: Johnson Creek, WI

This is a beautiful, restored Mustang. The car is a 1967 Coupe, Acapulco Blue with black interior. The car has a 2.3 liter engine from a 1987 Turbo Coupe. The rearend is the factory Thunderbird posi unit with 3.50 gears. The car is unbelievable. 0-70 in 4 seconds, 21 MPG. The origional Mustang C4 with the insides from a big block van tranny. The big servo and a 2200 stall converter. Engine, transmission are both rebuilt, only the best parts. New stuff everywhere. No strange sounds, no vibration, just get in and go.
It looks completely stock, You can drive around and you would think you are driving your dads old gas saver, unless you step to far down on the gas. This car begs to be driven, you want to get in it and just drive. Drives very nice, not loud or clunky. The suspension is taunt and it handles very nice.
The trunk is also detailed with wood filler in the fender wells and trunk liner over everything, matching tire cover, trunk is complete with spare tire and origional attachment hardware with origional ratchet style lug wrench (OEM). Wiper blades are OEM, great attention to detail on this one.
The engine is running 18 lbs of boost and can go much higher if you want. The car (Mustang) is 2400 lbs and the donor car (Thunderbird) was 3600 lbs, you do the math. A very special car for someone who wants to buy it. The car is professionally done, no patch mill or duct tape, very nice.
All research was done the car has all the tricks to get the best performance. Best LA2 computer, brown injectors, ported and polished head, matched intake and exhaust. The best exhaust manifold. All the right parts in one package.
Frame stiffners, underrider traction bars, all new suspension components,Polyurethane bushings everywhere, 1" front stabilizer, 1/2" rear stabilizer, KYB shocks, everything new!!!!!!! The inside is as nice as the outside, Kenwood stereo "System" center console, new door and window cranks, new door panels, new dash, new head liner, new wood grain steering wheel, new dash chrome and clear pieces, new carpet, running ponies floor matts, new door jam/sill, new drip rail stainless, glass is great no bullseyes. New floor pans complete long style, new gas tank, new tail light panel, all new chrome, I can go on and on. This is a very nice car, you wont be disappointed. New sheet metal where needed, Basecoat/ clearcoat paint. Factory color, Everything was taken apart and painted off the car, installed and then the car was painted. Brake backing plates, drums, springs, all painted or cold galvanized and clearcoated.

1980 Ford Mustang Sport

Title: Beautiful '80 FORD MUSTANG

Mileage: 89,156 miles

Location: Wisconsin

Here's my 1980 Mustang 3-door Sport Hatchback. I've owned the car since 1994 and the car has been in constant indoor storage since 1987 when the original owner parked the car due to carburetor problems. I am the second owner of this Mustang.

This Mustang has less than 90,000 original miles. It has been driven less than 500 miles since 1987 when it was put into storage. It was used for a number of years as a college car by the children of one of the ministers at our church. You'll see it still has the college parking stickers on it from Missouri and Rhode Island. The car saw only seven years of use before it was put into storage. Seven years later I bought the car and began having it restored. It started out as a car with very little rust, no rust holes or underbody rot. This is a very solid little Mustang. The car has NEVER been in an accident. However before I bought the car someone gave it a "key job" down both sides of the car. The paint was faded and there were some small surface rust spots in several areas. So I had the body shop repair all damaged areas and had the car professionally repainted in the original Bittersweet Orange paint, code 2G Ford. As you can see the paint and body work turned out great. The interior needed some work so I pulled out every panel except the dash board. To date I've invested about $3500 to $4000 into the car by my estimate, $750 last summer alone on mechanicals.

Mechanical Condition: The car has a strong 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine. I've had the compression checked and it is like new. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly. There was a "clunk" in the rear axle so I had it upgraded by my mechanic to a low-mile 7.5 sized rear end. It originally came with a 6.75 rear end but the gears are no longer available for that. The rear end is quiet and smooth now. Based on the rearsearch I've done here are the 3 rear end sizes used by Ford on the early to mid 1980's mustangs: There were three different ring gear sizes from '79 through '86; 6.75", 7.5", and 8.8". It hasn't been determined with any certainty what vehicles got the 6.75" rear, but it was last used in the '82 model year, and models with a 2.3 turbo or V8 did not have it. Models with a 2.3 turbo or V8 through '85, and non V8 models in '86 had a 7.5" rear. Models with a V8 in '86 had an 8.8" rear. This information is from the archives at foureyedpride.com - an enthusiast site that is especially for the "Fox" Mustangs built from 1979 to 1986. http://www.foureyedpride.com/joom/index.php The original muffler is still on the car, but just barely, as there is rusted pipe behind it. Rather than put a cheap muffler on the car I'm leaving it to the next owner to determine the best way to repair it. The catalytic converter is fine. Also, when I lived in a testing zone city I took the car in for smog testing and it passed with no modifications or repair needed. The air conditioning is intact and complete. I know that the 1979 to 1993 Fox body Mustangs have tremendous commercial support, including all new AC system availablility.
Interior Condition: Thanks to the years and years of indoor storage the dash pad is perfect! This can be an expensive repair if the car is left out in the sun instead of stored in a garage. I think a new dash pad would be about $250 so there's a savings for you right there as opposed to most Mustangs of this vintage. The rest of the dash is very good to excellent. The chrome on the control levers needs polishing and everything needs a good cleaning. A perfect rear seat and a very good passenger bucket seat. As you can see the driver's side bucket needs upholstery work. The front seat belts are still installed, so the car is driveable just point A to point B. That's to get it to various shops as needed for restoration purposes. The dashboard is all there except the glove box. Also in the car is the original black carpet.
Exterior Condition: Stored indoors since 1987 by original owner. Stored indoors since 1994 by second owner (me). Virtually no rust prior to professional paint and body work in 1994. There are a few scuffs and a few dimples on the car since it was painted but no damage and nothing that stands out. The original chrome trim was removed from the windows for painting and then reinstalled. Same for the tail lamps, head lamps, cowl trim, etc... The car presents very well and has a great shine. NOTE: The car shines as nicely as you see in spite of NEVER having been wet sanded, rubbed out, or waxed after the paint job. I'm sure with the finishing touches to the paint you'd REALLY be amazed at the shine!
Other Condition Coments: As far as I know the car has no leaks and no mechanical issues other than that mentioned above. I'm not a mechanic, but I am incredibly fussy when it comes to restoring and maintaining my vehicles. This car was no exception. I've really enjoyed owning this Mustang, even though must of the fun was dreaming about making it a concourse show car someday. I've purchased literally thousands of dollars in show-car quality NOS parts over the years.

1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302

Title: 1970 Boss 302 Mustang Solid Body Project

Mileage: 100,000 miles

Location: College Park, MD

1970 Gold Boss 302 Mustang. I have the Marti Report for this Boss and this is how it was built with VIN #0T02G152142: Boss 302 (code G), bright gold metallic paint (code K), black deluxe knit woodgrain interior w/clock (code EA), 3.50 traction-lok 9-inch rear (code S), 4-speed close ratio trans (code 6), fold down rear seat, AM/FM stereo w/door speakers, décor group and convenience group. This Boss was produced January 20, 1970.

This is a solid project Boss 302. It has the Boss reinforced shock towers and staggered rear shocks. All sheet metal is original to this car except for the new floors and a re-skined driver door. The body is solid. The doors close nicely. The frame rails are all rust free including the front shock towers, torque boxes, floor supports, front rails and rear frame rails. Parts of the floors have been replaced (see photo). The original quarters are decent and this car is not full of bondo. However, the driver rear quarter has some rust/bondo on the very bottom (see photo). Also, the passenger door has some rust in both lower corners (see photo). This is minor rust below the driver rear tail light. The hood and trunk lid are very nice with no rust. The front fenders have no rust and are the original flared Boss 302 fenders. The vin# is clearly stamped on the passenger inner apron and original Ford vin# tag is on the dash. The motor in this car is NOT a Boss 302, but just a regular 302. It has all the clutch linkage and bellhousing with a new Centerforce clutch installed. It has a new long gas line and gas tank. The clutch pedal action is good and tight. I do NOT have a transmission for this car and the rear is a 28 spline 9-inch. It has a good radiator. The cowl is very nice and rust free. The passenger door glass is nice and lines up good when closed. The driver door glass is out. This is how I purchased this Boss last year. I do not have a front windshield. All the fold down seat parts are there. I believe it has the original AM/FM radio. Steering feels tight and I believe that when I install a transmission, this car would be drivable as is. So this is my starting point!

My first car in 1978 was gold (I called it butternut) 1970 Boss 302 with deluxe ginger interior, and I regretted selling it to stay in college ever since it drove away. Ford made 337 gold Boss 302s in 1970. Deluxe interior Boss 302s are rare at under 10 percent of production. AM/FM stereo is very rare. I looked a long time for another gold Boss 302 with deluxe interior and I purchased this car last year.

1993 Ford Mustang LX Coupe

Title: 1993 Ford Mustang LX Coupe, Sedan, Notchback, Trunk 5sp
Mileage: 79,752 miles

Location: Lucasville, OH

This is a extremely clean 1993 Ford Mustang LX Coupe 5 speed red with black interior. This car is in the most desirable color combination with great miles. It is also a Z code 3.08 posi car too. The only modifications to it are Flowmaster exhaust, headers, subframe connectors, 17 chrome Cobra wheels. This car even still has the stock intake and air filter on it. I bought this car last year with plans on keeping it forever it was identical to my old highschool car which was a 1987 coupe. The car runs and drive perfect steering is tight, this car has not been beat on. These cars are super hard to find in this great of shape with so few modifications. Several magazines this past year have stated that the coupes will become highly desirable and collectible due to the fact that so many have been torn up and raced that there is very few still remaining. Now for the imperfections. There is a small split on the front bumper, paint chip on passenger qtr, small scratch passenger rocker, left turn signal does not work inside the dash, and a small mark on console underneath the e-brake. The car overall is a 8 out of 10. the interior is a 9.5 out of 10 the paint 8 out of 10. Tires are brand new and the sale includes 4 new tires and factory wheels that are a 10 out of 10.

1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

Title: 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe
Mileage: 65,427 miles
Location: Chattanooga, TN

This is an original San Jose car, now in Chattanooga Tn. This is a rust free body, original 68000 miles! I have been restoring Mustangs for 30 years, and have gone all through this one, fresh numbers matching 289 original 2V, original automatic rebuilt. New driveshaft, new rear end ring and pinion. (I wanted the drive train to be smooth and vibration free) .New carpet, and door panels, The upholstery and headliner are original and absolutely perfect. A/C needed a new clutch, it blows cold and strong. Power brakes, all new shoes/drums. New wheels and tires, new windshield, new paint. This car drives 70 mph perfect and smooth, this is a pleasure to drive. I drive it to work a couple of days a week so it is meant to be driven. The vinyl top is the original top, not perfect but very nice, too nice to replace since it is the original. New drip rails and windshield trim. It has a great stereo. Everything works perfectly on this car. The interior is as nice as I have ever seen. The paint is not show quality but fresh and nice. New front grill and bumper.

I've recently changed the oil and replaced the two front wheel cylinders. The cars runs and drives well (but no power steering) and I have recently driven it on a 250 mile trip (mostly interstate) with no issues (but lots of attention and thumbs-up!). It needs hood hinges (which I ordered last night), weatherstripping around the trunk lid and the drivers side window does not want to stay rolled up tight. One of the aftermarket wheels has a missing centerpiece. Other than that I think its in good shape. There is no visible rust except for a few bubbles under the vinyl top. Paint is fair/good but I'm told it needs to be color-sanded and buffed. Underneath is in good shape with no rust through places, but it has not been refinished/painted. Engine uses no oil and does not leak (at least on the driveway) but there is some on bottom of engine. All interior lights and guages work properly. Radio is not original but dash has not been altered. Interior is near perfect as far as I can tell. No rips, stains or tears. Glass is all good. I was told when I bought the car that the odometer was accurate (and the title reads this way). The odometer now reads 65,427 but given the age of the car I am not sure that it is accuarate.

1965 Mustang Convertable

Title: 1965 Mustang Convertable 4sp

Mileage: 66,774 miles

Location: Oroville, CA

This is one the most beautiful and unmolested v-8 Mustang convertable 4 speeds ever seen.
This beauty has had two owners and been in northern California for all it's life. It has zero rust, rot or bondo. It is as if she rolled off the factory line just over 66000 miles ago.
She sports a factory rangoon red paint job that is in excellent condition,a white power convertable top that works perfectly and all the chrome, molding and emblems are intact and original including the hub caps.
This is a rare "Trooper" model that were produced solely for California (as I understand it).
The interior is in immaculate condition, the carpet has been replaced recently as with the console but the rest is original and excellent.
The engine runs as good as new, there is no smoke and no leaks of any kind,it does not overheat and has been in many summer time parades over the years. It is the original and number matching 289 4bbl with a factory 4 sp. transmission that shift as smooth as butter.
This car is the real thing and not often do you see one of this quality and originality that needs nothing.

1966 Mustang Fastback GT

Title: 1966 Mustang Fastback Factory GT
Mileage: 124,319 miles
Location: Mission Viejo, CA

I’ve done my homework and this is a genuine FACTORY GT!

All the numbers are matching on this car.

Buck Tag (driver side fender under hood) says P10 (Factory GT)

VIN # 6T09A271878

Steering Box # HCG AW

Rear End # 3.00 6EA 931 (WCZ-F)

Engine Block # 6D20 C5AE-6015E
6D20 – Engine manufactured (cast) April 20, 1966

C5AE – 1965 Ford Galaxie casting (used in most models)

6015E – 289ci cast in Detroit, Michigan or Windsor, Canada

Door Plate # 63B R 66 O1G 13 I 6
Body: 63B - Fastback
Color: R – Ivy Green Metallic
Interior: 66 – Black Luxury Interior
Date: 01G – July 1, 1966
D.S.O: 13 – New York
Axle: I - 3:00-1, Limited-Slip
Trans: 6 - C4 Automatic

I purchased this car from Georgia. My first fear was that it would have rust. After flying back east and inspecting the car, I found NO RUST! It was owned by a guy who had a professional mechanic rebuild the engine to blueprint specs. I had it shipped to California as a project car in hopes of making it a great daily driver. Too many cars and projects kept me from completing this one. This car has excellent paint, all the windows are clear, and the frame is super clean and straight.

After getting the car home, I totally took the lower end apart and replaced it with:

NEW parts

8” limited slip differential with rear axle bearings & seals

Driveshaft (balanced) w/new “U” joints

1” drop front competition springs

Lower and upper A frames

Steering damper and tie rods

Front discs and rear drums

Fuel tank

Lower fuel and brake lines

Fuel pump

Complete rear exhaust system

All the dirty work is done! I’ve cleaned all the usable parts and all I need to do is assemble the rest of this GT. This car will be a beautiful street car! It will run true and steer perfectly.

The motor just needs to be “plumbed”

Interior has new carpets and new headliner

There’s still some work to do, but this is a solid investment
