89 GT Mustang is in OK condition. New AOD only has around 900 miles on it, just breaking in. Original motor has a fresh oil change, still runs strong, good compression and does not burn oil under full acceleration. Full exhaust includes: BBK EQUAL LENGTH HEADERS, 2 1/2" H-PIPE, MAC CAT BACK SYSTEM. Recent RADIATOR. OPTIMA BATTERY. Weld on SUB-FRAMES. MAC 2" SPRINGS, COBRA R WHEELS ride on new DUNLOPS 235/40/ZR/17 SP SPORTS. ALPINE CD PLAYER. Tilt Wheel. Clean car inside and out. Handles great. Gets alot of attention. Includes factory gray top boot. Downfalls are as follows: Front, Rear, Bumpers need paint. Right side fender needs minor adjustment and paint, rear deck lid needs some body work and repaint, Needs a new wiper motor. Left rear glass leaves a small open gap, Top has a slit in it about 3 1/2" in length shown in picture. Leaves small oil spots in the driveway about the size of a quarter, driver side seat missing belt hook. Nothing major.

Engine & Drive train
The motor is a GT40 motor, Gt 40 heads & Intake, B303 cam, BBK 70mm Throttle body & EGR spacer. 75mm C&L mass air flow, 3 core raditor. Mac shorty headers, mac H pipe, with mac cat back mufflers & crome tip tail pipes. THE MOTOR HAS ROUGHLY 80,000 miles on it, Transmission works good shifts nice, I have just installed a King Cobra Race clutch, clutch has less than 50 miles on it,. Transmission also has short throw Hurst shifter

Suspension
The car has a set of Eibach 11/2 lowering springs, mac upper & lower drag control arms, subframe conectors bracing from raditor support to k- member, from k- member to subframe, 3.55 gears, car handles & rides excelent.

Exterior & Interior
The car is painted pearl white with a white top. Interior is a 3 tone white blue and black. Has all power options which works top, windows and etc. Top is in very good shape just a little dirty, Interior is in good shape also other than the white leather seats are cracked & have some rips in them, The car has 16" Cobra R rims with BF Goodrench Tires that are aroud 3/4 tread in front 235/50/r16 and 1/2 tread in rear 245/50/r16.

Overall Summary of car
The car runs and drives very good, motor is very strong, exterior paint is in very good shape as you can see from the pic, no rust on the body, car is fast for what has been done to it.

1989 Ford Mustang LX Convertable

Completely DEAD STOCK, even has the air silencer.The only thing I added was a new steeda tri-ax shifter, redline MTL in the transmission and a set of flowmasters because the stock ones were needing replacement. I didn't have the heart to not put a shifter in it when I had the carpet out.Brown/Tan GT Style interior, black top, original phone dial rims.Newer top, new weather stripping around windshield side window area.New black visors.New ACC carpet installed..The car has some minor damage over the passenger quarter panel, looks like the rubbed something gently. It is touched up and is noticeable but not terrible. It also has some road tar kicked up on the bottom side of the passenger door. I was able to scrape some off with my fingernail but haven't had the time to go through all of it, I think it would clean up relatively easily.Lots of receipts in routine maint. receipts for this car from the previous owner, everything from steering rack to shocks.I bought this because overall it is a very rare car, 1/120 in the color, I'm not sure how many 5.0 verts were in that 120. I have two other cars already and I just can't handle three. If someone wants to do some minor restoration work this thing would be great.

The car drives well, no major issues. The speedometer cable, or the speedometer is a bit noisy. I have an extra gauge cluster I can include if the car meets reserve. The car drips a little bit of oil out of the rear main seal like most of these cars. It has synthetic Mobil 1 in it right now which usually is worse then conventional oil. There is also a button under the dash for the horn. It works to pass inspection but if I was keeping the car I would have fixed the horn button, not sure what is going on there.

ALL ORIGINAL 1989 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 automatic Convertible. This is an adult driven Oklahoma car that is absoluly factory stock. The cars original equipment includes A/C, cruise control, automatic trans, pwr drvr seat, pdl, pw, pb, ps,pwr trunk release, pwr remote side view mirrors, fog lamps, luggage rack.This vehicle was purchased in 2001 from a small dealer in Tulsa. It was in excellent condition when it was purchased and needed very little. It was used for club cruises, parades and car shows. It has won award at the 40th Mustang celebration in Nashville, Tulsa, Charleston, Oklahoma City, Kansas, Arkansas, and Virginia. This car has only seen the rain once when at a car show in Kansas. The paint and top is approximately 5 years old. The tires are new and the A/C is nice and cold. This car is in excellent mechanical condition and is fun to drive. A local shop that specializes in working with Mustangs described this car as one of the tightest 89's he has driven. The boot for this car is red matching the interior. This is a smoke free car and is one of the nicest around. Everything works except for the passanger side doorlock. It works from the drivers side control but not the passanger side control.

1989 Mustang LX

This is nice 1989 mustang lx 5.0. The paint is about one year old, tires are new, less then one hundred miles on them. Brakes are good, back brakes are new. The guy I bought it from said it had 347 stroker engine in it. I do not know for sure but it runs real strong. It has long headers with flow master exhaust cold air filter. It has frame connectors and 373 gears. It has 5 speed rebuilt trans . The interior is nice, it has new carpet inside and it comes with new headliner not installed still in box .The car over all is in good shape. Will need minor work to make real nice. The moldings are a little rough, it just needs some tlc . The car runs good, looks good and sounds good. The car has 124400 miles on it.

A VERY CLEAN FOX BODY THIS WAS A SOUTHERN CAR MOST OF IT'S LIFE AND I BOUGHT FOR A RACE CAR MANY YEARS AGO. THE DRIVETRAIN IS OUT OF A 89 AS WAS THE INTERIOR, YOU WILL HAVE MOST PARTS TO FINISH CAR WITH AND LOTS OF EXTRAS LIKE
